What's it all about 

Neural Healing Training consists of 8 one-hour sessions to enhance your body/ brain operating system - which can not only relieve you of stress, structural pain, mobility and emotional issues but slow the ageing process and have you feeling more energetic and motivated than you have in years! The small group ( max/min group of 5 )sessions can be taken at your discretion. Neuronal Healing training is a slow exercise routine that gives purpose and meaning to every movement which allows the brain time to process the information coming into the system and pick up any indiscretions in the neuronal pathways along the way. This gives the brain a clear picture of what is happening in the system and clears the pathways of any noise that is distorting the smooth flow of information. This gives the system integrity - which means that all the information needed is there in place when you need to acheive any action you want to carry out - this greatly reduces stress/fear in the system and brings about a growth state for healing.

The overexposure of the SNS is an all too common event in these busy times!

When the SNS is constantly engaged the effects on the overall human system can be dramatic! When the SNS is engaged all the blood that should be flowing to the vital organs is being diverted to the Peripheral Nervous System, depriving the vital organs of much needed information needed to function at their optimal performance. This can lead to all kinds of negative system behavioral problems!

What is Neural Healing Training

Neural Healing Training is to train people to become more aware of when their SNS is turned on/engaged.

The first step is to get a firm understanding of when the SNS is switched on and learn how to lower the stimulus on the system that it creates. This is a very relaxing process that carries over into all 8 Sections of Neural Healing.

Once we have the awareness of how to control the stimulus from the SNS we can start to introduce new stimulus (information) from the environment ( in this case - light exercise ) into the system through the neuronal pathways that are hiding a lot of emotional energy (fear), and clear out those old negative behavioral blockages. 

Sections 2 - 8 train the system to take on new stimulus from the light exercise while having the awareness that the SNS is quiet. This means that the human system is  processing the information in such a way that the SNS isn't included in the information processing mechanism, which rids the system of excess physical and emotional energy that is holding us back! Giving us a much more open system that is more accessible to positive change.

By training in this fashion we can alter the way the human system processes information and change all the disruptive firing neuronal patterns and alter how the information coming into the system is processed. While at the same time becoming cognitively aware of any excess energy and restraints that are controlling our system in the subconscious and bring them into the conscious so we can alleviate the negative behavioral patterns in the system that are keeping us from being the very best we can.
